1) GEMCARD is a membership card under the Loyalty Program managed by Grand Esteem Sdn Bhd.

2) Applicants must be 18 years old or above to apply for the GEMCARD.

3) Members will earn 10 GEMpoints for every RM1.00 spent at any participating outlet.

4) 100 GEMpoints = RM1.00 when used for redemptions at participating outlets.

5) GEMpoints are not exchangeable for cash.

6) GEMCARD is not valid for group bookings.
